Nicholas Alaniz of Chesapeake, VA, Makes Dean's List at Randolph-Macon College

Nicholas Alaniz, a resident of Chesapeake, VA, has earned a place on the fall 2011 dean's list at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Va. To achieve this distinction, a student must be enrolled for at least 12 semester hours and earn a grade point average of 3.25 or higher. Alaniz, a Senior Computer Science and Studio Arts major, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Alaniz.

Founded in 1830, and ideally located in historic Ashland, Virginia, just north of Richmond and 90 miles south of Washington D.C., Randolph-Macon College is a selective, co-educational, nationally-recognized liberal arts college with a mission of "developing the minds and character of its students."
